Customer Support Representative_

Job Description

Join our Customer Support team and help empower our growing user base of traders and investors.
As a CSR you will provide technical support via chat and email, helping users to carry out their trading strategies, operate our platform and serve all our users and leads.
This is a flexible, full time position from our office in central Tel Aviv and from your home. Working Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m-11:00 p.m


  • Native English speaker – a must!
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information in a timely manner
  • Experience in Customer Support or other service/customer-facing fields


  • Understanding of capital markets 
  • Trading experience – A big advantage
